Q: How do I set the loose diamond I purchased?

Q: Can I see the diamond before purchasing?
A: We don’t offer physical previews in-person, but we provide clear specs, images, and videos for each stone. Have questions about a specific diamond? Email us — we’re here to help.

Q: Are your diamonds certified?
A: Most are, but we do also include non-certified options when the value is there! All of certified diamonds come with certification from the IGI or GIA, so you know exactly what you’re getting.
